Dont Waste your Money
Dear Katie, Thank you very much for your candid review of your stay at our school. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, as we strive to improve with each and every stay.

I am sorry to hear that you got the impression that our reservation staff was not committed to your booking, since 2013 the reservation staff has changed entirely. We do try every single time to upgrade our students like we did with you to a single room instead a double that you paid for.

We do take pride in our unconventional approach to the classes and we have been doing this for over 31 years,we do have our own pedagogic material and the teachers do follow a more "case to case" curriculim. Is a shame that you did not mention this to the staff while you were in Antibes, we can always find a way to change classes to a teacher that adapts more to your requirements.

I hope that I can convince you to change your mind about another visit to our school. Please reach out to me directly at direct3@cia-france.com if you would be willing to give us a chance to turn your experience around. It would be such a pleasure to personally welcome you back to our school!
Kind regards

Update

Since my week for a Spanish Class at Spanish in Nature in February I have been twice in Spain. I have noticed a difference. During one week walking the “Camino Lebaniego” and two weeks holidays in Cantabria it was much easier to communicate with people. I could follow the news in the television, and communication was much easier in all situations ( e.g. a tyre puncture..)
My Spanish friends in the Basque country confirmed that they noticed quite a difference to the previous year.
I am so happy that I have attended the language class!!!
